Congratulations
We are pleased to confirm that MACQUARIE GREEK STUDIES FOUNDATION LIMITED (ABN: 92639963456) has been registered as a charity with the ACNC.
The date from which the charity is registered is 6/12/2022.
View your charity’s registration record on the ACNC Charity Register and download a copy of its ACNC registration certificate in the ACNC Charity Portal.
If your charity applied for Commonwealth charity tax concessions, we will pass on the application to the Australian Taxation Office.
Maintaining registration
There are several important obligations that charities must meet to stay registered, but note these two in particular because they come up regularly:
Submit an Annual Information Statement every year
Your charity’s financial year ends on 30/06. Its Annual Information Statement is due 6 months after this date.
Notify the ACNC of certain changes
The two most common things a charity must notify the ACNC about are:
- changes to its Address For Service (the address that the charity wants the ACNC to use to contact it – this is most often an email address)
- changes to its Responsible People (the board or committee members).
For a complete run-down of all your charity’s obligations, visit acnc.gov.au/obligations.
Manage your charity’s ACNC registration by logging into the Charity Portal. There you can submit Annual Information Statements and notify the ACNC of changes.
